He carefully explained the technical benefits of proposed upgrades to the drain systems and the need to install a path from the attic entrance to the interior unit for safety (agreed immediately). I'm a licensed mechanical engineer, and his explanations were complete and accurate. He went down to the studs of a 13 x 13.5 bathroom. He installed a 5x 7 low entry tiled shower with bench for handicap access.
