"Our appointment was originally scheduled at 9AM, and she called and asked to reschedule to the afternoon. I agreed, but as the afternoon went on I did not hear anything so I called and she said that she was about 40 minutes from finishing up with this customer and then she would be coming to my home. I gave it an hour and called back, and learned that she was in Ellijay, so she finally arrived at my home at 5:30pm. Everything that she cleaned was very good, and she finished after three hours, however after I paid and she left, I went into my bedroom and discovered that she had not cleaned the master at all and that is the biggest room in my home with the biggest bathroom. I had also requested that my windows be done, and the window in my office was not cleaned. In the future if I hire someone again, I will have a checklist and do a walk through after they finish to make sure that everything is done, because the purpose of hiring someone was so that I didn't have to clean anything myself. I would also want them to come to my home before so we can have an accurate idea of the time needed to clean the home and make the appointment accordingly."
