"These folks really took great care of me when I suffered a leak in my main water line to the house. They worked with me over the phone while I was away on vacation and scheduled the repair for immediately after I returned home. Their price was a little bit higher than other quotes I received, but I felt that they were much more competent than others who responded. The only reason I can't give 5 stars for the work quality was because the last worker remaining at the house after the major work was completed was in a hurry to wrap up and get on to another job. As a result, he did not fill in the area where they had dug very well. What was left behind was rather sloppy and I had to do a lot of rework myself to equitably distribute the dirt over the excavation line. He also wasn't willing to properly replant one of the shrubs that had to be removed, even though his colleagues had made that commitment when they began work that morning. I wasn't counting on that shrub surviving anyway, but the attitude of the way the job was wrapped up soured an otherwise excellent repair experience."

Our water heater had been in the attic since the house was built, about 15 years.  We had started thinking it was time to replace it, before we had an incident that would require drywall and paint.  Scott, The Water Heater Experts owner, is GREAT!  He came out to assess our situation and advised me on the pros and cons of tankless water heating. We decided to replace our existing tank with a new one, rather than installing tankless. Scott pointed out the items in the attic that would need to be brought up to code and included that in the replacement estimate. The new heater is the same brand as our previous one (Rheem, 50 gal) with some new features that Scott took care to explain.  Scott and an assistant brought the new heater and removed the old one, which I thought would be a real trick to get it out of the attic but I honestly did not hear them remove it and didn't even know it was done.  They shut off the water, drained the tank and made the code adjustments and installation in about 2.5 hours. I was completely impressed by how they approached the project and cleaned up after themselves. Because water heaters are a once every 10-15 year purchase, companies like these rely on recommendations rather than repeat business (although Scott guarantees his installations and supports any problems.)  I can say I highly recommend Scott and the Water Heater Experts!

"We have searched for a good, reliable plumber for years and tried quite a few before finding E R a few years ago. We have used them for water heater replacement, water line repair, and most recently, replacing our main water line after our water bills shot out of sight. E R is not necessarily the least expensive, nor are the the highest, but they are extremely responsive, personable, professional and do quality work. I was very impressed when I submitted a request online on a Sunday, non emergency, and got a call back in a short time. That wasn't requested or needed, but very much appreciated. After they came out and determined the problem, I received a quote from Dave that night and prompt answers to questions via email. We've had the same plumber, Taylor, for most of our service and really like him. They did a quality job replacing my water line. U should have listened when they recommended replacing vs repair a few years ago and it would have save me some bucks. A few days after they left, I discovered my irrigation was off. The came back out the next day after I called and realized there was a connection problem and quickly rectified. I'm glad to have a trustworthy and reliable plumber and plan to continue using them in the future."
