"Lonnie changed out the valve that controls water to our house and two outside faucets. The shut off valve is in ox that had deteriorated over the years allowing water to stand it and corroding the valve. The faucets had gotten corroded; and, they could not be rebuilt so had to be replaced completely. Our house is 37 years old, so plumbing parts do not always match and it required finding new parts that will. He completed the job in a very professional manner. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out while he was here. We liked that he gave us a quote for the completed project. Other plumbers gave us an hourly rate; but, they could not tell us how long it would take. So, we wouldn't know what the final cost would be."

Approximately 75 ft under a sidewalk and around sprinkler system. Took some work but there was damage to anything. Replaced line, got city approval, covered trench. All in all a great job. "The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

He had fixed the leak and suggested the full replacement due to hail damage. He did the work quickly without any problems. I had enjoyed working with him. "They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile!
