"Awesome guys and very responsive. They were nice enough to be flexible with scheduling and timing. They wanted to make sure it was done right and didn't just do it and say you're done. If I have any more projects for them I'll definitely hire them again. They also told me If I have any problems or concerns to please give them a call."

"The job done was fair and reasonable. What made the job really acceptable for us in the end was the result of one worker on the team and his high skill level at painting edges and finishing lines where they needed to be--he was really exceptional. The problem was he had to redo or go over the line/edge work some of the other team members had done and was found poor quality."

"I AM DELIGHTED!! IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE WHERE THE ARCHWAY WAS REPAIRED, AND THE FOUNDATION CORNER IS LIKE NEW!! MONTY ALSO FILLED THE RECURRING SINKHOLE WITH CONCRETE AND EVEN FIGURED OUT HOW TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE PAVERS. HE REALLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND HE WAS WILLING TO TACKLE A TOUGH PROJECT LIKE THIS FOUNDATION CORNER. I AM TRUELY GRATEFUL. THANK YOU, MONTY!!"

"

The problem was the ants in my pantry. They explained the only way to really get at the source of the problem was to clean out the pantry and wipe down all the shelves as well as putting out baits. They were right.

We also had them repair places where the squirrels were chewing on wood siding and soffits.  It looks great.

FAQs for shed, barn or playhouse repair projects in Mineral Wells, TX

You’ll know it’s time for a new shed roof if shingles curl or buckle, soft spots sag, or water stains appear inside. Moss or other plant growth on the surface is another red flag that moisture has breached the roofing layers. Replacing the roof quickly stops leaks from spreading, protects stored items, and saves you from costlier structural repairs down the road.

Choosing between a flat and a sloped shed roof comes down to climate, budget, and upkeep. A flat roof is cheaper up front, but still needs a slight pitch for drainage. A sloped roof sheds rain and snow more easily, lasts longer, and often needs less maintenance. Weigh your local weather patterns, the look you want, and how much time you’re willing to spend on upkeep before deciding.

A shed roof’s life span hinges on the material you choose and how well you maintain it. Most standard products last 15 to 30 years, while premium picks like slate or clay tile can protect the structure for 50 to 100 years. Regular inspections, fast fixes, and routine cleaning all help you reach the upper end of those ranges and keep your tools and gear dry year-round.
