"Phenomenal work from all involved in this project. Project ran smoothly and Ari went above and beyond to meet our needs. All subs did great work and were professional throughout. We would definitely recommend Landson Construction to others!"

"Exceptional work well prepared thoroughly thought out the project and offered a great solution for our garage storage. I would definitely hire Blue Sky Contractor‘s again."

"The work was done quickly and well. It is sometimes difficult to find a firm willing to do a "small but important job." JP Handyman willingly took on the task, and once scheduled, saw it to quick completion."

"Simply put, Trevor and his crew do great decks.
I have to share my 1st attempt on hiring the right guy for this project. It consisted of me getting a couple recommended contractors from others and thought I was good. Instead it was terrible, to the point where we mutually agreed it was best for them to remove the decking and poorly installed addition and walk away. Naturally I cautiously interviewed several more deck builders before deciding on MN Construction.
From the 1st call, Trevor impressed me. He made time out of his busy schedule to stop by or take my calls. He gave me an clear overview, answered questions and concerns from the last guy's work, explained why when asked, left samples, etc. He suggested deferent designs and product over others and why, building my confidence quickly. After we traded a few emails/texts, my decision to go with MN Construction was an easy one.
During the project, with a crew of 3, progress was made quickly. They were efficient, hard working, and asked questions when needed. The results are more than we expected to get because of his recommendations and I know our deck with last longer because of the quality of work/product they used. When I'd point out this or that, boom done, and better than expected. After interviewing several and hiring a couple, it's hard to find guys like this out there. You can bet they will be getting another call from me on other remodel work and I have already passed their name on.
Thanks to all the boys MN Construction!"

"Excellent. The quality of A & M’s work is incredible. And unlike many contractors, they are very responsive; they tell you when they will show up, give you a realistic schedule and stick to it. In addition, they find creative solutions to meet your design goals. A few other bidders suggested that under deck water proofing couldn’t be done in the space that we wanted. A & M found a way to get it done. Timely, realible, quality builders. A+ experience with A & M."

"One structure in the form of a arbor with a gate completed our fence.
The other structure a small deck outside of the lower sliding glass doors, with a pergola added,
gives a quiet shady respite to the yard.
We also had Hal design and build a fountain feature added to the garden area itself.  Which gives a soft
and flowing water sound near the small deck.
The work overall is outstanding with a very finished look.  It was also accomplished as per estimate of
time and cost.  They were very considerate to make the work space neat and clean each day at finish
       time.

We would "highly" recommend these contractors to anyone wanting this type of excellent yard work done.

"Truly do not have enough awesome things to say about Sky and SNC Construction! We gave them a call after seeing other great reviews and being in desperate need of a handyman. Sky came over within a couple of days, gave us some rough quotes, and started working on our projects just a week later. We had him help with a bunch of random stuff around the house: installing a dog door in our storm door, installing two ceiling fans, cutting/replacing/painting wood trim, hooking up our dryer, and even fixing and setting up an old rusted bird feeder. We’ll absolutely hire Sky/SNC again (and so should you)!"

"All work performed was high quality.  Good interaction with Don Hruby, the business manager, and Will Rossbach, the project manager/carpenter.  We had Rossbach Construction design and build a new island to match our current kitchen cabinets.  When we first received the new island we determined that the roll-out drawers in the lower section were not deep enough.  Rossbach Construction had new deeper drawers made at no extra cost to us.

"I’ve hired many contractors for various projects over the years a few compare to Fair and Square Remodeling. I loved the character of my 1930’s cottage style home and the Nokomis neighborhood but simply needed more space. I knew adding a second story addition would not be a simple project so I was careful in selecting a contractor that I felt had the experience to handle the job. I will be the first to admit that not everything with this project went perfectly smooth. There were a few issues along the way due to the age of the house and some prior work that had been done but my project manager was easy to work with, resourceful, and worked through the issues in a way that kept the project on track. My favorite parts of this addition are the engineered wood floors that they recommended and the tile work that matches the existing house perfectly. I would recommend Fair and Square without hesitation."

"Job was done well, driveway looks great despite needing a lot of work. Nate was very responsive to emails and calls; there was a little delay in getting the job done due to the season, and they hadn't worked out the payment details until the date of service. an equipment breakdown delayed their arrival time to do the job, but once they were on site the team worked quickly but professionally, leaving a great looking driveway. I have seen other companies spray their resurfacing materials onto lawns, but this was not the case with Heartland.
