"I paid the emergency fee because I could not wait two weeks to get our electricity back up. The electricians came the next day. They quickly identified and replaced two circuit breakers. This all amounted to less than an hour's work, two new circuit breakers (the exact model cost about $4 each), turning of the power to the panel, unscrewing one wire on each breaker, pulling them out, pushing in the new ones, screwing the wires into the new breakers and turning the power back on to the panel. The cost for each of the two installations was $211 for a total of $422.00 plus the emergency fee! I called Randy's to discuss this and was treated respectfully which I appreciate. But the cost of this work seems way too high! I am satisfied with everything but the cost."
