Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in Minoa, NY

"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"The one item that led to a lowered "customer service" rating was that I had to make a follow-up call to see if they were still planning to do the job (Or not). Once that was out of the way, it was fairly smooth sailing. In terms of price, I don't know what the cost of a typical stove repair might be, so it's hard for me to say whether my cost was good or average."

"Service was great. He came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that was needed. He came back and fixed the dryer expeditiously. He was very professional and courteous. 10 out of 10, I recommend this service."

"Sure Temp has provided routine maintenance and repair for our roof top units. They are punctual and professional. They do a great job and we would highly recommend! Though they are pricey."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"Really friendly, dependable guy. Showed up on time to install a new oven/range for me and did excellent work. Now I can heat up my bombers the right way! You won't find this kind of service anywhere else upstate. Or downstate for that matter."

"Very prompt. He called and came out to give me an estimate the same day when I was available. Also was able to do the repair at the same time."
