"We called Imagine That Heating & Air after two other companies had flaked on prior appointments. Robert was our service tech and was able to come by the house that same day. He quickly located the issue, provided several repair and replacement options. Pricing was very transparent and without any surprises. Unlike the other companies, they also seem to be way more tech savvy with online payments and pre work approvals. No messing with cash or handing over credit card info..
