He put his "booties" on before entering the house and was very careful moving his ladder to the upstairs where the air handler was located. He replaced my filters and showed me what they looked like compared to the new filters so that I knew replacement was necessary. "My old heating unit went out. I called Xpress Heating & Air to access it. Teresa came over to give me a quote and encouraged me to get a few others. I called Teresa back to set up installation. Teresa and her team arrived on time to install the new unit and update all of my vents. They cleaned up all the debris as if they were never there. The next morning I called Teresa to her know that the unit was working great,but it was a little loud. She came right back over to make some adjustments and everything has been fine since. As a courtesy,Teresa also looked at my air conditioner unit as well even though I wasn't having any issues at the time.
