"It went extremely well. Robert Rodriguez and his father came as promised on Monday morning and finished 80% of the job within about three hours. The part they did not finish was because I did not have the new light for the closet yet. They returned the next morning and installed the new light in the closet and then did an extra small job that I asked them to add. Both men were extremely polite and professional. Robert explained all that he was doing and made some suggestions to improve what I was asking him to do. I will certainly call them again when I need electrical work done at my house."

When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. "He suggested other a couple ideas to prevent the water to flow to my house and made some corrections, laying the exhaust for my burners stove, he also laid out the entire flooring which included my house porch, and also did a few other things to finished up my project. I'm totally happy and I'm impressed. Mr. Rigney did an outstanding job to solve the problems that the first contractor created, very down to earth person, courteous, extremely high quality work, and I would recommend him highly. If I ever had any problems again on my house I would definitely him call him again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
