After that, Chris made a point to schedule a visit to see the house and plumbing before proceeding. He looked over the overall layout, checked the water pressure, and took detailed measurements before advising us on our installation options and products. I want to comment that this job was in a second floor condominium with very steep stairs and no elevator. To those who wonder how a very heavy 50 gallon water heater is naviga!ted down those stairs without scarring the newly painted walls, l can only say they managed perfectly. No dings anywhere.
