"Crystal Blue Pools has serviced our pool equipment several times over the past few years. Uriel is very knowledgeable and pleasant, and a hard worker who loves his job. He most recently replaced the pump motor at about half the cost estimated by another provider. We are very happy with the services."

"Excellent service! Alonzo was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job cleaning our pool. Great communication, fair pricing, and the pool looks amazing. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"I just wanted to say how happy I am with Integrity Pool Repair -- You guys were so helpful by phone - I knew I was going to like you! Integrity walked me through doing a "Bucket Test" which I had never heard of! It game them all the info they needed ahead of time to assist them in looking for the leak to my spa. Fast, efficient and honest. Super pleased with both the office staff and the pool technicians!! Thanks again for a great first impression! I'll be using them soon to replace my pool and spa lights ... And I'll be using them from now on! And Your guys were so fast to get there, and my brother said it was amazing how quick the two techs were to find the two leak issues! So, thank you again. I'll be sure to leave a review! PS: Don't forget to send a quote on the white lights, and the LED lights (2 for the pool and hot tub)!"

"The job was done quickly with a fair price. Backyard was not completely cleaned of their debris."

"Job well done by Hilario. Very professional and knowledgeable, from a pool builders perspective - he brings his understanding and know how to fix your problems. Will be our pool repair man going forward."

"We moved in with my husbands mother to take care of her. The inground pool was pretty cloudy. I have never had to deal with a pool and my husband didnt know how either. The pool was put in after kids grew up. I struggled for 2 years with this pool, green water and then black algae set in. I googled everything I could and learned a lot but not enough to clean this pool up. I had people come look at it and to price a clean up. Some people didnt want to fool with it or the price was crazy high. My daughter used Chris, she told me he got rid of her black algae so I called and Chris came right out, he quoted me a price I could live with and I have never seen this pool look this good. Not only that, Chris had patience to tell me all about algae, why things do what they do, processes and how to maintain the pool to where I could understand. We are very happy with the work Chris did. I highly recommend."

"I would like to follow up in a year from now because I feel the key to a good company is their customer service a year or so down the line. My pool is 30+ years old and was in need of re-plastering, and tile replacement; tiles were falling off and poking out away from just below the coping and the motor/pump stopped working last year and needed to be replaced. As a single woman, I needed a knowledgeable person/company to listen to my concerns, access the situation and advise on the best route to take. If you need this, Ideal Pool Services is the place to go. Bill listened, accessed, and advised. He was always a text or phone call away. He put my mind at ease right from the start. A no-nonsense straight forward person. He took care of business in a professional way and because he's been in the business for so long, he knows what he's talking about. His estimate was reasonable (lowest out of 4) and never tried to nickle and dime me to death. What he estimated is what I paid. The equipment is working so much better than the old equipment we had when the pool was new, just as he said. I love the tile and craftsmanship and the plaster is as smooth as a baby's bottom. They came when they said they would and each crew knocked their work out in nothing flat. They did their job, cleaned up their mess and went on their way. The next day, the next crew came in and did the same thing and the third day, that crew did the same. My pool was up and running in 3 days and ready to swim in a few days later, (due to filling it up and adjusting chemicals). Would I use them again? Heck yes! Do I recommend them to you? Yes I do! Am I satisfied with the job? Bill has delivered on everything he has said so far and we are in our crystal blue pool every single day and night thanks to Bill and his team of experts. Give him a call, I honestly think you'll be glad you did. Barbara W"
