"Rich and his team made the process of designing the build and selecting the materials so easy - we had been to a couple competitors and just found them to be a lot less helpful. One thing we especially liked was that they asked for pictures of the room and diagrams of our plans so that they could get a better understanding of what we wanted. Once they came and got the formal measurements, they quoted us 4-6 weeks but installation occurred on the front end of that. Everything fit perfectly (including the sink cut-out) and the counter-tops look great. The owner even sent his crew back later that day to complete some finishing work that wasn't in the original plans we gave them."
