It took months and several visits for me to figure out exactly what I wanted to do with the challenging slope I had on my property, but Benito quoted multiple options for me and didn't pressure me to make a decision before I was ready. I'm very happy with the finished product because he chose high quality lower cost materials to stay in my budget, but suggested upgrades that should make the deck and erosion control/planting area last for many years. His team is very skilled and respectful. I was impressed that they left the worksite neat at the end of every day. I can tell that they were meticulous about the measurements as all of the railing balusters are perfectly spaced and the picture frame corners are an exact match. "Jeff was very responsive and contacted me pretty quickly after the purchase to schedule. It was easy to schedule a mutually convenient date. It was raining the day he was scheduled to come at 9:00 and he called at 7:30 to let me know we needed to reschedule. He came the very next day, exactly on time. Jeff was very professional and personable and before going on the roof asked if there were any areas of concern. I had two areas of old leaks (one in each bathroom) and showed those to him - the very reason I purchased this deal. I also knew that the flat roof on my front porch was long overdue for replacement. I could hear Jeff using a hammer a few times, When he was done he explained that the roof overall was in "A" condition (I had a new roof installed 16 years ago) and he had repaired a few nail pops/lifted shingles and fastened the flashing around the skylight and applied sealant. He also advised that the two areas with old leaks came from vent pipes that needed new flanges. As expected, he recommended a new rubber roof for my flat porch roof (it was not replaced when the house roof was done and is about 48 years old). He gave me what I think is a fair price to replace the pipe flanges and also quoted me a price for a new rubber roof for the porch that I think is fair. We scheduled the work for the pipe flanges but I deferred on the porch roof for now due to other pending remodeling. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I plan to use Jeff in the near future when I am ready to replace the porch roof."
