We contracted Gerald Williams to do some electric work on our house, he required the entire payment amount in advance ($2700) - on the day of the job he never showed up, didn't answer messages for a week, and when we called to request the money back (we picked a different electrician to do the work instead), he said he will return the money "by the end of the day" but never did. Weeks passed, and he promised to send the money "by tomorrow evening" again, but has since stopped answering all calls or messages."

Billy's entire team actually turned up on a Saturday for the installation in one of the coldest days of 2022 and worked outdoors and in the limited crawl space in freezing temperatures just so we could beat the upcoming storm the next day. Theor conduct was extremely courteous and professional throughout and they left us all feeling very happy and contented. Billy and his team have helped us on earlier occasions too in fixing the older unit and were exemplary even then. NEVER have we felt we were overcharged or received undervalue service"
