Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

"We have a smaller upstairs bathroom that had not been touched since 1975. The shower had been unusable for over a decade due to leakage. The space had to be completely gutted down to the studs and completely redone. The contractor we had used several times over the years retired, so we needed someone new who we could trust. "Nixon and his worker worked straight for 5 hours moving 4 rooms of very difficult and heavy furniture. They then went on to repair a desk and hang a very heavy old mirror. They were wonderful. They are planning on returning in the spring to do some outside garden and yard work. I now know who to call when I need anything and everything done in my house."
