"Potter's Auto Care are really really great. We have the best people for fixing cars and they have very good price too. They have always done a very good job and have been very responsive. We have one thing that wasn't quite right and they said, "Immediately bring it straight back". And, they made it right at no cost. <br /> <br /> One of them was like $300, one was $400. It was all very much better than the quotes we've had on the dealership, the one that cost $300 they had quoted us $2800 with the dealership. <br /> <br /> Well, I would say that they are very reliable. They are really good, very knowledgeable and they seem to know about everything."

"My shower and toilet seemed to be connected with neither draining well, bubbling water and noisy. I've never had a septic tank before so I was befuddled. Lonnie and Nick came out, checked the tank, ran a snake through the vent and lines and found the problem. Then they were considerate enough to come in and talk with me about how septic tanks work and how best to take care of my system. I was very impressed that they took that time to help me and appreciate it so much. I just moved into this house and had surgery last week so I was very worried about what to expect. It's so nice to know who to call if something else comes up, a company I can trust. Thank you so much, Lonnie and Nick! <br />"

"I live in the historical section of town so the main plumbing line from the street to the house consisted of clay pipes. The pipes had cracked over time due to roots and water began backing up into the tub and toilet began 'bubbling' when the washer spun out. I was not an Angie's List member at the time so did a quick search under the BBB site and read a few reviews posted online. I decided to call Larry Down's Jr. Plumbing to evaluate the situation. They came quickly and used a camera scope to show me the multiple areas in my main plumbing line that had been breached and were now full of roots. I was advised to replace the main line with PVC which would permanently resolve the problem. They started the job immediately and gave me credit for the estimate fee toward the final bill. The plumbing works fine now but I did find a few things irritating about their work. They had to bring in a bobcat to dig up the old pipe. They took a portion of my picket fence down but did not put it back up satisfactorily. It now sags in the middle which I'll have to have someone else come in and repair. They also broke my sprinkler system pipe which may have been unavoidable. They repaired it but added $300 to my bill. They will do a "rough" fill of the area once the repairs are complete and is was VERY rough. There were roots sticking up everywhere and the ground was not smoothed out level. I had to spend about 2 hours raking the soil and cutting the roots that were sticking up out of the ground. This is when I discovered my biggest complaint. They had busted up the clay pipe (instead of removing it in large sections) and there was clay piping packed into the top of the soil everywhere! I'm still picking it up and out of the soil. My biggest fear is that some of it will get caught in the mower and come flying out at me. It just so happened we had this same type of repair at my office area the next week. The workers removed all of the pipe in large, intact pieces and there was no evidence of broken chips remaining. The plumbing works great....but I was quite displeased with the mess they left."

"<p>Gulf Breeze Plumbing came in and not only finished the work, but fixed, as best they could, the work left behind that was faulty. I have used them ever since and highly recommend them not only for their quality of work, but their professionalism, punctuality, and willingness to work me in as quickly as possible when I call with a problem.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Mr Shenberger called before coming over to house. Was able to work from outside of home and did not have to go thru any walls for the repair. Had to go back home for more parts, was not charged for time away from the project. Promptly came back and finished the job. Gave me advise on how to keep the pipes from freezing in the future."

FAQs for gas piping projects in Molino, FL

Plumbers with proper licensing and credentials install and relocate gas lines. When hiring a professional, verify they have experience with gas systems and all required certifications. Some homeowners choose to work with plumbers specializing in natural gas installations, as they have extensive experience with similar projects and understand the safety requirements.

The timeline for gas line relocation varies based on project complexity, permit processing, and inspection scheduling. The physical labor takes a few hours to one day, depending on the line length. However, the actual installation work represents only part of the overall project timeline. Your contractor should provide a specific timeframe based on your circumstances and local permitting requirements.

Your gas supply must be shut off during the relocation process. This safety measure prevents gas leaks while connections are being modified. Plan for this temporary service interruption by making alternative arrangements for cooking, heating, or other gas-dependent systems in your home. The shut-off generally only lasts for a portion of the work, often a few hours.

Relocating gas lines to connect new appliances is a common reason for this type of project. Whether you're installing a gas stove, fireplace, dryer, or outdoor grill, a professional can determine the best route for extending your existing gas system. The cost will depend on the distance between your current gas line and the new appliance location.

Gas line work is not suitable for DIY projects. Natural gas is highly flammable and potentially lethal if not handled correctly. Gas leaks can be difficult to detect without specialized equipment. Professional plumbers have the proper training, tools, and experience to safely relocate gas lines while ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards.
