"Due to the wet summer the job was delayed but Mr Scammon kept me informed on a weekly basis as to where I was in the "line-up". There was no hurry but I appreciated the effort to keep me informed. They showed up promptly on the day they were scheduled and did an excellent job of working around and protecting the plants and property as they worked. The crew was pleasant, respectful and hard working. They quickly, efficiently and neatly stripped the roof, and Mr Scammon explained what they found and we discussed the best way to fix the problems. They bought the materials and were back at work quickly. Mr Scammon was on site and working the whole day. He went out of his way to take pictures and document the previous contractors work for use in seeking damages. They did an excellent job cleaning around the house when they were done and were gone with everything finished by 5pm."
