Previous paint showing in some areas, paint on my brand new floors, wall color on some of the trim, NONE of the wall repairs were sanded, just painted over. I asked him to take the pics into consideration when invoicing me. Instead he told of all the extra work he had to do. He didn't even complete the work that he was hired for sufficiently. If there was work that needed to be done OUTSIDE of the estimate, he should have called before doing anything. Then, he wanted to come back and "make it right". You had two days to do it right as you were hired to do and STILL CHARGED THE QUOTED PRICE"
