We called Plumb Tite for emergency repair service, and James U. was able to remove and replace the broken cartridge and the bonnet nut which we had also broken. James provided excellent service! He took the time to do the job right. After he got the broken cartridge out, James cleaned all the crud out of the shower lines before replacing the cartridge. He even cleaned out the shower head.
