"The mechanic, Dan, thoroughly  tested and adjusted and lubricated the hinges, rollers and drive chain. Determined the source of the problem and related the options available to me along with the prices associated and pros and cons for each option. Dan did not try to sell me something I did not need, but was able to provide what was needed to get my garage doors functioning properly again. Dan also went out of his way to straighten things up a bit, especially wiring, that was completed on an earlier install.
