We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. "Jeff is an amazing professional. This is the second time Jeff has worked to repair parts of my front walkway after a winter thaw and before Easter, when all of my relatives would be over for the Holy Day and would be taking pictures in the front. Jeff worked diligently to find the stone pavers that would work with the dimensions of my front walk. He repaired 2 collapsed steps and replaced pavers that had cracks in them. Jeff makes sure everything looks good and will last. Jeff took all of the crumbled stone pieces with him, so I didn't have to worry about any of the clean up. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint.
