"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

"I have to say, this man is FANTASTIC! I’m not a review giver and I had to give one on this one. He came from Orleans to Greenwood which is an hour and a half drive to service my broken washer. He finds out it’s the suspension that broke and orders 4 new ones for each corner. He called and texted promptly when he said he would updating me of everything along the way. Finally got to the date of service and there was an error made we realized after he left. Brought him back up here a few days later and he realized his mistake but was willing to replace a part on his own dime for how far we were into fixing this machine if that was the cause of the error. Turns out it was a simple adjustment and he got to teach his son something new. Would recommend this man in a HEARTBEAT and without a doubt I’d use him again for anything else in this house that needs fixing. A+ sir and thank you!!"

The price was good and they did all the work in one day. I am now enjoying insulated garage doors which makes the garage more comfortable in the winter and should lower my energy bill. "great, I purchased a special for an electric 40gallon water heater. After some research, it seems a majority of models are all manufactured by the same company under different names. Lowes or Home Depot would have done but the installation after my cost would have been 600-1000 plus. Research buying ourselves by picking up from L/HD but then since we didn't know if the existing one died due to an electrical issue or not, was worried about installing. Plus the cost included draining and removal of old unit. Will be selling house in next two years so fixing was preferable."
