Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! "I hired Air Quality HVAC LLC to replace an old Central Air Conditioning unit that hadn't worked in years. Art the owner, showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. He inspected my old A/C unit, and discussed my options for replacement. Art was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He installed the new A/C unit and replaced the damaged duct work. As requested, he also installed a new thermostat. He cleaned up after the installations, and made sure that both the A/C unit and thermostat were working correctly. I'm completely satisfied with Air Quality HVAC, and highly recommend them."

My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean.
