They have been providing maintenance/checkups twice a year - ever since. The customer service is great - including the folks in the office who handle the calls. In the last couple years, Leo has primarily been providing the service and does a really thorough job explaining any needed fixes. That has included an algae pad to help with the system’s water flow. "I’m so glad I called HD mechanical to have my thermostat fixed. We set a time to meet up and he was there on time and very professional. He was very thorough with his work and explained to me all the work he performed. He even checked and serviced my unit, showing me that my filter needed to be changed. "It was over 90 degrees outside and the A/C was not blowing cold air. I called and explained it was for my 85 year old mother who was in home Hospice with end stage Parkinson's. I was worried she may get a heat stroke. They scheduled a service tech to visit in a timely manner. The service tech called an hour before the scheduled appointment to let me know he was on his way. Mark (service tech) was very professional and friendly. He not only got the A/C compressor to work but checked the Freon pressure and went in the basement to inspect the remainder of the equipment. He explained what might need replacing in the near future. Now I am not worried about my mother getting heat. I highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling repairs."
