Get matched with top walk in tub installers and replacers in Montgomery, MN

"A crew of 4 arrived just before 8:00 AM and worked non stop until about 5:30 Removed existing tub/shower, sound proofed and re-sheeted the walls, installed new walk-in shower unit. When done wiped and vacuumed the area very thoroughly. They very professional and friendly the whole time. We love our new Walk-In Shower. Easy to recommend this group, great experience."

"Profi's installation of a backsplash was awesome, the craftsmanship is stellar. Nazar and Yrick did a wonderful job and it took even less time than estimated. Highly recommend and we will use them in the future when the needs arise."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I cant really rate the company with no service complete. I need a full bath remodel and they only do wet areas like the tub or shower"

"I had a room in my basement sheet rocked and outlets installed. I was happy with their work."

"We’re so happy with how our bathroom turned out! The whole team was easy to work with, super friendly, and really paid attention to what we wanted. They gave great suggestions, and made the whole process way less stressful than we expected. Our new bathroom looks amazing and is a huge upgrade to our home. Thanks!"

Amazing and better than expected! Dealing with contractors is not always an enjoyable experience and we are happy to report that Minnesota Construction and Property Management was a treat to work with.

During the initial consultation, Trevor listened to our request to improve our outdoor living space and offered design solutions the other companies hadn't at a price that was more reasonable. It almost seemed too good to be true.

We were tentatively scheduled to begin work on the deck towards the end of May. Thanks to a mild winter and Trevor's excellent time management, they began working on our project at the end of March and finished within a week (and that includes the snow delay and a weekend off)!

We have the nicest deck in the neighborhood. The crew is polite, hard-working, and detail-oriented. They have pride in their carpentry skills and we are the beneficiaries of their amazing work.

Friends and family are impressed with what we received and are clamoring for Minnesota Construction and Property Management's contact information.

We would use them again and recommend them for your home improvement project!

"While we were searching for our dream granite, Paramount was very helpful with giving us a variety of estimates and answering many questions. We visited Many granite installers and Paramount was over and above the most competitively priced and customer-service oriented. The work was preformed in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism."
