The basement now has potential to be nice area of use and living for years ahead. The service is a expensive purchase for homeowner but it is a needed purchase for my home. The finishing job leaves the need with more work if your basement floor was rough from the years of water damage. They did stop any future water damage for my home and it is safe to spend more for more fine finishing. They completed what was contracted."

"The work was done very well. The original estimate was developed based on the assurance that drain tile was in place inside the foundation (provided by me). After determining there was no drain tile inside the foundation, we were offered options for proceeding, chose one, and they were back the next day to finish the job. "Salesman/designer arrived on time, reviewed the basement, discussed what his system would be like and answered all of our questions. Since we had done some research and learned about what a system might look like and cost from neighbors and other resources, we were comfortable accepting their bid. The system starts with a hole in the basement floor with a pit beneath. A large pipe (2" or 3" dia.) runs from the hole into the basement, then outside. A fan mounted outside, that runs 24 x 7, pulls the radon gas from beneath the basement and exhausts it outside, above the roof. The work crew of two arrived on time, along with the electrician they had hired to add an outlet outside near where the fan would installed. The entire job took only 3 or 4 hours. The crew was courteous and answered questions that came to mind. They cleaned up after themselves and we were left with an operating radon mitigation system. Although they could not guarantee any particular radon value, they do have a standard price for adding a second extraction point (using the same fan) if it is needed. They did a good job."

"Maybe they do amazing work, I have no idea. I called 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and submitted requests for estimates twice. I spoke with someone 2 or 3 times on the phone and each time I was either told to go submit a request on the website or that he remembered my note and would go find it and email me with a time to set up an appointment asap. It never went any farther than that. If you are too busy or have other things going on and can't respond, that's totally understandable but please just say so so I don't waste my time. I'm rating a C b/c I'm going on the assumption that SOMETHING was going on that would legitimately explain this otherwise inexcusable behavior."

"We needed to put in an egress window in our basement and there are many reputable companies out there who can install egress windows. However, our basement already had existing wall anchor plates which significantly complicated the egress window install. Complete Basement Systems was the only company willing to take on the project and had experience with such systems. The solution was to remove the wall anchor plates, replace them with wall braces, and install the egress window. Cody and his crew called 1 week ahead of time to verify install details and allowed me to ask questions on how I could prep the area for their work. They set the schedule to arrive at 9:00 AM on day 1 to perform the work, which they arrived on-time and promptly began work. The day they performed the work, unfortunately, happened to also be the hottest day of the year. Cody and his crew work without one single complaint, they worked through lunch without a break, remained professional and positive. Given the extent of the work that needed to be done, they needed to return the following day to complete the install of the window. Cody and his crew worked incredibly hard, were professional, and the quality of their work was excellent. I would not hesitate to hire Complete Basement Systems again for any future work we would need to be done in our basement and would highly recommend them to anyone considering basement improvements/repairs/remodels."
