The job site was cleaned up very well, a nice surprise to me. The roof looks great and the gutters match my paint job well. We have a lot of landscaping and really only had one shrub damaged during the project. I also appreciated that DWC did not push us to have the roof installed until the temperatures warmed up. A lot of the homes in our neighborhood had new roofs put on during the winter, when temperatures were below the recommended temperature. I did not feel that DWC was cutting any corners.

He showed me the faulty parts, and we figured out the initial problem was a painter had painted door exterior which stuck causing gears to hang up and gradually bend. Justin is very knowledgeable of Craftsman openers, but he also did quick fix of Liftmaster opener on single garage door (3-car garage). Friendly, professional, and good at assessing the problem."
