I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late in the afternoon, and they were here first thing the next morning. They gave me the cost to replace the elements and the cost to install a new Bradford White. This time, it made sense to replace it. They were done by noon with a 3-man team of experts. "Everything went great! Luckily when i called him, he wasn't too far from me. He told me when he finished the job he was on, he would be right over, even though he had other jobs scheduled for the day. I recall him saying "you have sewage backing up into your house, I can't have you like that!" He called his other appointment and told them he was going to be late and came and fixed my emergency on his way to the next job. AND he didn't charge any more for it being an emergency call out! Unlike another company we had out in the past, he stayed until we made sure we ran enough water to know that it wasn't going to come back into the house. And he charged less than a company we had come out on home warranty, and was more professional and cleaned up after himself. All in all a GREAT experience, and he will be the first call I make in the future if the need arises!"

"Nick from PG Plumbing was prompt, friendly, and thorough when I called to have a broken toilet fixed. While he was there, I mentioned that my shower wasn’t getting very hot, and he immediately looked into the plumbing and fixed some of the settings. When checking the shower after making the adjustments, he noticed that the sink faucets were crooked and let me know that he could fix them easily, as well. I’ve also been wanting a reverse osmosis water filter for the whole house, which he said he could do, and even walked me through more affordable alternatives. The price for the reverse osmosis system was far less than I expected, so I ended up going with that. I decided to change the look of the faucets and shower head too, and he helped me understand what options I needed to look for in order to work with our plumbing and will be back to install them all. Everything was so easy and affordable, I will definitely be using PG Plumbing again in the future."
