"They scheduled a meeting within a few days of my call to inquire about the service. The representative was punctual on that date. He surveyed the proposed project and inquired about our wishes. He then advised me about the alternatives that his company had to offer and the cost of each of them. Finally he prepared for our consideration a proposal outlining what would be done and the total cost. He advised us that the windows would be manufactured elsewhere and that this would take about a month from the date when we accepted the proposal. It eas slightly less thsn four weeks after we signed the contract thst we were told the windows had arrived and that the installation would be done within several days. The company contacted us two days before the project was to start which allowed us to arrange the rooms to provide unrestricted access during the installation.
The workers arrived at mid-morning to start the project and worked through the day, returning for two hours on the next day to complete the work. They were polite, did not disturb us during their work. and clearly were well prepared for the work at hand. They collected all of the old windows and any other materials that were generated and disposed of them.
I was most impressed with the knowledge of their business that all of the WindowWorld employees displayed and that they did their work so unobtrusively.

"Things went well. The work was done meticulously. They cleaned up every day and communicated well as to any stoppage. i.e. Weather stopped job for two days and I was called to inform me. All nail holes were painted to match the color scheme. The bottom line: my home looks fantastic."

On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
