"They installed our unit in March 2015, and the unit induced motor was found to be defective in Nov 2015. They not only charged us for the service call but also charged us for the part which was under warranty. It was very unprofessional. The same part after less than 5 years failed again, and they took no responsibility for their workmanship. Customer service Person does not deal with the customer on the request. This time again they were charging us for the defective part and exorbitantly for the service call under the pretext that we did not sign a maintenance contract with them. So we did not finally go with them but went with another vendor who is far better and professional."

"What a great experience! David from Tropical Heating & Cooling called me within minutes of my inquiry on Angi. It was so good because there was a threat of a brutal heat wave coming the following week, with projected temperatures reaching 100 degrees. He came out the next day to thoroughly diagnose the problem and then returned the day after to fix it. Throughout, I watched him work and asked numerous questions. He explained every step with a deep knowledge of his craft. I heartily recommend Tropical Heating & Cooling. Because early this afternoon, the temperature inside my house was 88 degrees. Now, just a handful of hours later, it is 68. I am confident this will be a very comfortable summer."
