I was at a loss on how to solve a problem for a customer that had installed a mini split unit with several intricacies and conditions that made it difficult to complete. Rachel was incredibly personable and easy to deal with over the phone and in person throughout the process, from scheduling the service call, to collecting final payment. "They Inspected the electronic ignition, fan operation, burner adjustment, limit switch, temperature rise, and heat anticipator. They checked the gas pressure and checked for leaks and carbon monoxide and the heat exchanger for cracks. The burner and pilot assemblies were checked for proper combustion. They confirmed the overall safe operation of our furnace. They did a superior job."

My property manager recommended this company.  I called about a week ahead of time to schedule the appointment.  They scheduled my day and stated they would arrive between 9am and 11am.  On the day of the appointment Gerald arrived shortly before 10am.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He serviced the furnace and gave me some pointers future use.

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
