When we scheduled the appointment he provided a date of service and a timeframe and also called 30 minutes in advance of arriving to perform the repair. He showed up within the timeframe. He introduced himself to my husband and I then got right to work. He replaced the exterior faucet as well as installed an interior shutoff valve at our request.
