"OUTSTANDING. I hoped for the best and prepared for the worst. They took a look at the issue and because it was not an emergency and supplies could be difficult on a Sunday, promised to come back the next day. They did (plenty of texts for status too). There was a whole heap of wrong in the plumbing in the ceiling. Copper does not age well (at least at 40) and a bunch of drain pipes had failed at various points. The guys ripped them out (access was brutal between opening the ceiling and moving appliances in the next room) and replaced with PVC. Awesome quality job and an incredible value given three guys and two vans were onsite for a while. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend."
