"Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. "The 1st phase is completed with tree and shrub removal plus the horizontal fence is installed to perfection. I can not praise Sean McMahon enough. He took our ideas and built upon them and always checked with us during installation to see if it was to our satisfaction. In fact his crew made an error and he was very fair with us resulting in a nicer looking fence. His crew is polite and hard working. Second phase will start when weather cooperates on running sprinkler system to front, a little grass with xeriscape plus certain shade of rock, mulch, evergreen, shrubs and flowers for front yard. This is not an easy concept to undertake and Sean is very much up for the challenge."

"Kelly came out and consulted with us to design a more user-friendly space.  She asked us lots of questions and took notes.  A few days later we received a detailed plan that we reviewed and decided to implement.  Terrascapes basically gutted our existing courtyard, including flagstone, mulch, plants, etc..and installed a brick paver patio, lattice around our a/c unit, a water feature, etc... 
Kelly and the crew stayed in constant communciation throughout the process and made sure that everything was progressing perfectly.  We hit a snag or two along the way but they were handled very well.
I would definitely reccomend them to anyone.
