He worked in my repair to his schedule the very next day. He was more than reasonable in his pricing and being out of state at the time it was nice to work with someone who I could trust to give access to the house and to be honest about repair costs. "No issues. Larry Bortz arrived when he said he would and completed all the work we asked in a professional manner. He made the extra keys we asked for. We had two Arcadia doors with no locks. He keyed them to an exterior French door to match.  He keyed all the locks to the same key for us.  Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

"Rolando and each of his employees or sub contractors were amazing to work with.  We shopped around prior to finding Specialized and weren't feeling the vibe from anyone we were talking to.  Found Specialized on Angie's List and are glad we did.  Helped us through a massive remodel and were pleasant in every communication (I can be a bit overbearing at times).  We were having a party Labor Day Sunday and Rolando was able to get the granite installed Labor Day Saturday.  I would gladly (and have already) recommend Specialized for any of the services they provided us.
