"Rocky Mountain restoration was referred to us by the great folks at Armer Corp. who came out to repair the pipe/plumbing issue we had (Armer Corp is our home warranty companies go to for plumbers, sadly the second time I've had to have them out to fix issues with our new home and they were awesome both times, highly recommend them as well). Rocky Mountain was a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly prompt, took care of everything I knew needed to be done and few things I hadn't even considered. Best of all they were awesome with working around issues we had with our households hectic schedules to get them in and out of the house each time they came in to check on work or start new portions. "Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty. SERVICE: Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done. "Bill and his crew were extremely professional and good!!! They showed up when promised, did the work as promised and we could not be happier. They put plastic over everything and when working in the house wore hospital booties so as to not track any debris through any other part og the house where they were not working. "This company is currently contracted with and directly paid for by my insurance company for leak detection. They used three kinds of detection, sonar, pressure and conductivity to identify the specific pipe and location of the leak. They did an excellent job. Ken Stolworthy visited our home. He was prompt, courteous and got the job done and very professional. I highly recommend this company for the type of detection work done. Originally I had hired a different company on our own, they did thermal testing, but the leak was not correctly located and they did not provide the insurance company the info. So I called the insurance and they sent out this company, American Leak Detection. They used three kinds of detection and determined our leak, though in the slab was not next to the water heater, was under a wall. American Leak Detection allowed both my plumber and I to listen to the sonar to hear the water leaking out of the pipe under the ground near wall. My plumber was so impressed, he asked for Ken's business card as well. American Leak Detection also sent a full report of the leak to the insurance, something the other company never did. Please note the rate listed is what was billed to the insurance. We paid nothing."
