The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. "Joe Patchon of PSI did a great job for me. I had two electrical issues - a non-working porch light, and some dead outlets in my basement storage area. The porch required some diagnosis, as not only was there a bad switch, but a poorly connected neutral line - something I could have never found. Quickly diagnosed and repaired. The second item Joe diagnosed that was something I should have found, but didn't know all the diagnosis paths to follow. A somewhat hidden GFI circuit was the culprit, an outlet I never knew I had in that room, since I've only owned the home for a year. Joe reset the GFI, and I was back in business - Before that, I figured I must have had a wiring problem in the wall or something. He resolved my problems at a great, very fair price. Very personable and knowledgeable electrician, with 30 years experience in his field of expertise. I'll use him again!"
