"I had a great experience with Complete Comfort. My AC unit went out back in May or June in the middle of 90 degree weather. We have a home warranty and when they sent a company out, they told me I needed to replace an expensive piece inside. They gave me a few options to either fix the piece or possibly get a new AC at my own expense. Instead of replacing the part, since I've had so many issues with my AC the last few summers, I decided to get a whole new unit. I reached out to a few companies...one said he was booked out 3 weeks and couldn't get to me, another never responded and the owner of Complete messaged me at 8:30 at night through the app. I asked if there was anyway we could get it fixed Saturday so we didn't have to miss work and he made it happen in two days.
