"Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation."

Butch came out within the hour and QUICKLY repaired my outside unit which had a failed fan motor and a problem with the electrical connection box. Honestly, I wasn't even expecting a call until Monday and figured I would have to miss work during the week for an appointment, but Butch pulled through same-day.
