We are seniors and reluctantly agreed.he said if we didnt want to pay it he would leave and we could find another plumber. Before he left he never checked to make sure we were getting hot water throughout the house. That nite we discovered we only had cold water in the bathrooms. we called him in the morning and he eventually showed up and starred at the water heater.
