He was hindered from camera location finding equipment that didn't seem to work and a 100-ft camera cord that didn't extend to the street, so we never confirmed if there was a problem or not. As such, the only way they would guarantee the work performed today, was if I purchased one of their tiered repair packages for $3,000 - $10,000 additional and definite excavation work to add a new blowout pipe. While no blockage or obstacle was found, Robert was able to release the pressure and we have full drainage as of now. Really appreciate the immediacy of solving the immediate problem right away!
