"We got several quotes from local HVAC providers / installers. We felt the most comfortable with the salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and I got the best price from them which also included a 2-year membership in their Comfort Club (Spring and Fall service visits to check and tune-up my system). We were an all electric home until a couple of years ago when we added natural gas. When our 16-year old Trane heat pump developed problems this proved an ideal time to switch over to a gas furnace and air conditioner. We stayed with Trane as we were happy with our Trane heat pump. Because we have some space constraints and limitations for our new system, Extreme sent out their system designer the day before the installation to develop a creative solution that met our requirements and efficiently maximized the space with which they had to work with minimum impacts to us. The day of the install they arrived on time, were friendly but very professional and treated our home as if it was their own. They also took the time to answer my questions while the worked. Since it was bitter cold that day, they needed to be in and out all day, and we were without a heating system most of the day, they brought a heavy duty space heater to keep us from freezing until they were done. At completion, showed us how to use the new system including the new programmable thermostat, changing filters, etc. and they cleaned up everything and left our home better than they found it. They then submitted all of our rebate paperwork to Vectren and DP&L for us. We were very impressed with the whole process of buying and installing a complete new HVAC system. I highly recommend Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for and HVAC installation work!"

"They did an incredible job, and installed the water heater the same day."

"Furnace installation went perfectly. Edric S and Soon H were the most knowledgable installers I've ever had the pleasure to hire. They took the time to answer all or our questions and walked us through the entire installation process before and after. Highly recommend!"

"We have been customers of Watkins for a few years, but this is our first review on them. They are super friendly and do great work. A few years ago, they were able to help us get us a new furnace in a timely fashion when ours died in the middle of winter (it was really old). At that time, they noticed the AC was not installed correctly and not up to code (previous owner). We also knew the water heater was next to go, but were able to hold off until this year. Our new AC had a part go bad this year, but they were able to come out quick and repair pretty quick (and no charge). We are very pleased with all the work and highly recommend them!"

"Not only does the install team perform a quality job. Within 3 days a manager inspects the quality of the install and answers any question or follows up until full satisfaction with the install. They stand behind their work"

"S&K installed our new system and keep it running in top shape and up-to-date. They are on-time, quick, polite, and helpful with any questions. I'm always happy with their visits."

"This company has been incredibly responsive, kind, and their work is comprehensive and done well. They are top notch! Having taught HVAC installation and maintenance, they know their stuff inside and out. They are our first call, always."

"They did a great job with installing a new heat pump."

"We have used them for years and they always deliver great service and fair pricing. Our furnace and A/C install was fast, complete, and they explained everything thoroughly. They were a couple thousand under the competition. Easy to work with. Quick response always. Even the cleanup was above and beyond. Will continue to use their services and recommend them."
