"Joseph Home Improvement did a great job on two recent projects one was moving our gas line during a remodel and second was replacing our water heater. The water heater was an urgent situation and I called and they came out and had the job done within a day. They were professional and thorough and we weee very pleased with their work. "Very dissatisfied. They tried to take advantage of an 80+ yo by not even completing a repair, produced a false image of a faulty (12 year old) heat exchanger at $99 wanting me to buy a new furnace. Thanks to website weeks of research and using my wood stove, info I was able to clean the condenser trap in 10 minutes and the furnace has been working for weeks, now."
