"I have had a terrible time finding a reliable, GOOD house cleaning service. It's a lot of money to not have it done right, though it's worth it to have a clean slate each month when I don't have the time to give my house the proper attention. I decided to give Amazon Cleaning a try after reading great reviews on this site. They were incredibly fast with responses to my questions online and came the next day to give me a quote. The quote for my 2500-square-foot house was $315 for the initial clean and $180 for each monthly clean after that. It was a higher price than other companies had quoted, but again it's worth it to me if it is done well. We set up a time the next week for the initial cleaning. I got a text message saying they would be about 15 minutes late, not a problem. A team of three people showed up and got right to work. They were here for about 3 hours. Afterwards, we walked around and the gentleman pointed out specific spots that they had cleaned that aren't part of the regular monthly clean. The house looked wonderful!
I had two issues with the service. First, the original quote was $315. Before they cleaned, I printed the coupon on this site for 10% off the first cleaning. I asked if that could be applied, but the gentleman said the quote reflected the coupon price. This wasn't discussed during the quote, but I didn't press the issue. Also, because they had done a deeper clean on some surfaces, he actually charged me $330. I did not agree to this increased price before they cleaned, but I paid it and confirmed that the price from then on would be $180 as discussed. I feel that if the quote needed to be changed, this should have been addressed with me before the work was completed. In addition, after doing a walk-through on my own after they left, I found that the ceiling fan and light in one of the bedrooms had not been cleaned. I sent a text to let them know, and I received a quick response saying that they could come back that night or the next day to fix it. I replied and said that I would not be home and that it was fine to wait until the next cleaning to take care of it. I really appreciated the fast response and willingness to make it right.
Overall, after one cleaning, I will definitely have them do my monthly cleaning at the agreed price. I felt comfortable having them in my home, and my house looks amazing. My only recommendation for new customers is to make sure the quoted price is understood before the service is started. Otherwise, great job and thanks Amazon Cleaning!

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Daniel worked me into their schedule very quickly and Kevin, the Operations Manager called when he was 10 minutes out. He arrived right on time and was exceptional. He took a lot of his time to explain the workings of the two thermostats, the A/C unit and what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and could have ripped me off like some businesses do. He did not. He welcomed us to the new community (we just moved) and he did not charge us for his patient tutoring. I would trust him and this company for future service.
