"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I have been very reluctant to do a review. They're very nice and polite but quite frankly, it's just my intuitive sense I felt like I was being taken for a ride, like they were prescribing something that was probably unnecessary. I've had work before where people tell me I need thousands of dollars to work when all it really needed was a tiny little fix up. I asked them to clean up my chimney and they told me I needed $7,500 relining job, I become apprehensive. They did everything they were supposed to do. They were polite and took pictures on the inside of my chimney. He cautioned me not to use the fireplace. All well and good but the recommendation for a relining that sort of made me run away fast. I thought were careful and did everything well until the $7,500 repair was recommended. I need a second opinion. It does not make sense."
