"The technicians were knowledgeable and were able to troubleshoot and repair the issue in a short amount of time. The company also offered same day service. The only issue I experienced was that scheduling was a bit difficult. Either due to availability of techs or mix-ups with appointment times, it took a few tries to find a day where they were able to perform the service. The price was much more reasonable than expected for diagnosis and maintenance and they rolled the diagnosis price into the total cost. They were even able to return after the work was finished to repair another minor issue. Overall I would hire DK Electrical Solutions again and recommend them to friends and family in the future."

"Great work!!! I needed to add outlets to an newly restored outside/inside deck. When the installer arrived, I told him exactly where I wanted the outlets and switches. He told me most of my layout was no problem but one of the outlets and switch would require a lot more electrical wire (which is very expensive at this time (May â 21). He give me an alternate layout that did what I wanted for NO extra cost over the original quote! IES, LLC is my contractor now for all future electrical work!"

"We purchased the home a month before all of our electrical issues started. Come to find out that water was following the main wire into the panel, and moisture was building behind the breakers. "Bought a house last year that was built in the 40s. Though the service panel had been updated most of the outlets and wiring had not. Called Raynor and they were very courteous and prompt. They kept us informed as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was very courteous and professional as I explained all the work I wanted done; 5 outlets with its own breaker in the room that was to become our office. 1 GFI in the upstairs bathroom to satisfy the CO inspector. 1 outlet in the living room for the TV. 1 outlet in the master bedroom for the AC. 2 exterior outlets for the front and side of the house. It took 2 days to get it all done but it was well worth it. The technicians were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Would most definitely recommend their services."
