"This was our third time using Lovely Windows by the Lads to clean our windows (and Solar Panels). As we’ve come to expect, Manuel and Manny did a stellar job. Their professionalism and attention to detail is outstanding. At one point, I asked if I could use their really tall extension ladder for a moment to change a light bulb that’s been out for years. Manuel just smiled and said give me the light bulb and we’ll take care of it. Well it turned out the bulb was broken in the socket, and then my replacement bulb was too big but it didn’t faze him. He patiently waited while I found a bulb that fit and replaced it. Well above and beyond and the kind of service we rarely see. Seems like a minor detail but it really wasn’t minor to us. As they cleaned the solar panels, I was able to see an immediate increase in production and our windows sparkle. All told they did 6 sets of sliding glass doors, a couple doors with large glass panels and over 40 other windows many of which are extremely large and on the second story or otherwise hard to access. A really great job and we recommend them highly!!"

"I obtained three bids from 'A' rated retrofit window suppliers for installation of a patio door and bedroom window using Milgard Tuscany series. <br /> The price range was about 20% with Pelican providing the best bid for the work.  After Tim came and confirmed the measurements and his price, I placed the order with Pelican.  Once the hardware delivery schedule was available Pelican provided an install date of  Feb.25 at 9am.   <br /> The office called a day ahead to confirm that the installers would be there as scheduled.  The morning of Feb 25 they arrived and proceeded with the work.  Both installers, Rico and Javier, were professional, efficient, and courteous. They removed the old aluminum window and door and completed installation of the new vinyl units in a very neat manner.  It took about 3-1/2 hours and they left the condo as neat as they found it.   <br /> I was very pleased with their reliability, timeliness, work quality and their price.  I would recommend tham to anyone. <br />"

"We'd had AAA doors replace two exterior doors for us previously, and were happy with their work, so we hired them to do our ancient closet doors which were getting difficult to move on their tracks. The owner sent his assistant, JC, to perform the work. JC was polite, friendly, efficient and very competent. He had the old doors out quickly and all the work was done within about 5 hours. The new doors look great, work great, and visually enlarge the small rooms they're in. We had JC take a look at the sliding glass door to our patio, which had just recently stopped sliding completely. He fixed it so it slides fine now (and didn't charge for the fix), but he warned that since it's as old as the other doors, its demise may be in the near future. We'll definitely hire AAA Doors to replace that as well!"

We had spent several weekends stripping all of our original windows down to wood and repainting so that they would work properly again. Miles offered advice on how to best restore them and how to direct our house painter not to mess up the tracks again so that they would function properly. The advice: take the extra time to take out each window and paint it so that they don't stick!
