"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "We received the phone number of this company from a friend that hired them and he was able to reduce his utilities bills by doing an efficiency audit that includes covering all the openings at the house (windows, HVAC, Doors etc.?.) and then with a machine, running the test and to see from where the house is losing most of the energy and to perform a repair that will prevent that in the future. Ezra and his team of workers came to perform the test and to see what need to be repaired or improved. The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. Ezra recommended us to perform a repair to both of them and then to run the test again. After the workers of them finished the repair, Ezra came once again and did the test. He was pleased with the results and so as we. During all the work, we saw how it was before and how it was after. We do recommend this company for that type of work! When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
